VINYL TRASH AND TREASURE part1

The album cover is a dying art. My Dad has has an amazing collection of vinyl – literally thousands of records going back to the mid-sixties when he started out as a journalist reviewing music and movies. The collection is extensive and eclectic. There’s good, there’s bad and there’s ugly. He now has as many CD’s and made the switch to MP3 a couple of years ago, but still can’t figure out itunes.

There’s some really interesting stuff in the collection – sonically, graphically and content-wise. What follows are a few gems that caught my eye for one reason or another………
